I was delighted to see that my work had been featured in the May (2017) addition of Somerset Life Magazine.

Unfortunately I did not become aware of the feature until June!  It was back in March that the Rachael Sharp a journalist for Somerset Life contacted me to do an interview; I was not expecting the feature to be published so soon. Luckily I was able to order a supply of the May addition to hand out to friends and family, I couldn’t let this nice bit of promotion go unnoticed!

It was very exciting to be asked about my work in order for it to be featured in this popular local magazine. I was a bit nervous at first, but I needn’t have worried Rachael’s interview technique and questions were great. They really prompted me to talk about my passion for nature, stained glass and all that inspires me, plus a bit about working with this age old art form.

We artists are often so busy working away at the creative process that we don’t get to talk about it as much as we’d like, so I relished this brilliant opportunity.
